About Us

Electricity Wars covers the global competition for electricity which has become center stage for the economy, politics, and environmental issues. The rise of AI server centers, crypto and air conditioning  pit these needs against those of residential users and legacy businesses. Investment in server farms by megatech companies have already reached $1 trillion due to the growth of AI. The rates paid by residential customers have begun to rise. Renewable energy is part of the way that much needed electricity will be generated in the future. However, rising demand means a return to coal. This introduces the problem of global warming. Electricity has also become a political football and will be a part of debate in future elections.
